Roberto Borgogno
After graduating in law from the Sapienza University of Rome, in 1992 he won the public competition for admission to the PhD course in criminal and procedural law and after a period of study at the Institut fur Kriminologie und Wirtschaftstrafrecht, from the Albert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg ib (Germany) directed by prof. Klaus Tiedemann obtains the title of PhD in criminal and procedural law by presenting a monographic work entitled “The criminal protection of professional secrecy”. The collaboration with Prof. Coppi continues until October 2002, when he is the winner of the comparative evaluation procedure announced by Sapienza for a position as researcher in the disciplinary sector ius / 17 and actually takes his position in 2004 and in 2007 he is confirmed in the role. In March 2018 he was the winner of the evaluation procedure for the filling of a post of second-tier professor in criminal law at the Department of Economic and Philosophical Legal Studies of the Sapienza University of Rome.
Lucia Gruppi
She is a lawyer registered at the Lodi Bar since 2000 and graduated in Law in 1996 from the University of Parma. She has collaborated with leading law firms of the Milan and Lodi courts, where she gained twenty years of professional experience, in the interest of companies, credit institutions, insurance companies, bankruptcy and private receivers. Since 2015 she is a founding partner of the Gruppi e Mancinelli Law Firm and assists clients in civil matters, family law, banking law, bankruptcy law, commercial law, road accident prevention, both in extrajudicial and judicial matters.
Stefania Mancinelli
She is a lawyer registered in the Lodi bar since 2001 and graduated in Law in 1996 from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. She worked with a leading law firm in the area, where she gained twenty years of professional experience, having as reference customers banks, companies (partnerships or corporations), Bankruptcy Trustees. Since 2015, she has been a founding partner of the Gruppi e Mancinelli Law Firm, and assists clients in the fields of debt collection, banking law, bankruptcy law, commercial law, real estate law, both in extrajudicial and judicial matters.
Alessandro Medori
Attorney Alessandro Medori is registered with the Turin Bar and works in the areas of corporate criminal law, the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 8 June 2001 231 and the protection of personal data, assisting its clients both in court and out of court. After having obtained a master’s degree in law with a grade of 110/110 discussing a thesis in criminal procedural law, he practiced and exercised his first years of profession in a leading Turin law firm.

Rossana Clemente
Graduated from the University of Turin with full marks and mention of honors; after graduation, she was assistant professor of canon law at the University of Turin by carrying out studies and research, participating in conferences and providing assistance in the academic area; she attended the doctoral course in canon law at the University of Ferrara. He has published some articles in the field of canon and civil law. She joined Marocco and associates Notary Office in 1996, dealing with company law and succession since that period.

Born in Naples, in 1996 she graduated with honors in Law at the University of Naples “Federico II”.
In 1999 she passed the exam for the qualification to practice as a lawyer.
In 2002 she passed the competition for the appointment of two hundred notary posts.
Notary operating since 2003, currently at the Notary District of Bergamo.
She had teaching experience at the School of Specialization for the legal professions of the second University of Naples Federico II and at the University of Cassino, Faculty of Economics.

Claudio Battaglioni
In 2014 he graduated with full marks and honors in Law at the University of Turin with a thesis in commercial law entitled “The withdrawal in the s.r.l.” (supervisor Prof. Avv. Paolo Montalenti).
In 2015 he began attending, as a trainee, the Andrea Ganelli & Associates Notary Office.
From 2015 to 2017 he follows the Lobetti Bodoni school in Turin and from 2018 the Viggiani school in Milan for the purposes of preparing for the notarial competition.
Since 2018 he has collaborated with the Notary Valeria Insabella, mainly dealing with the real estate sector.
Elisa Torresel
Elisa is a legal trainee since November 2019.
She graduated in Law at the University of Padua with a thesis in sports law entitled “Sporting constraint: between the protection of minors and the need for protection”.
Passionate about sports law, she participated in the Master in “Law, Justice and Sports Management” in Rome as well as in numerous conferences.
In 2015 she also attended a Summer School at Wake Forest University in North Caroline entitled “Comparative public and private governance: constitutional law and corporate law in the USA”.
She speaks Italian and Spanish.
Norma Gemello
Born in Turin on October 22nd 1994. On October 11th 2017 she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Law, at the University of Turin with a thesis on “Labeling of alcoholic products in the framework of the official control system on food products”. Speakers Prof. Alessandro Crosetti and Dr Maria Pia Genesin. In October 2017 she enrolled in the Law course to complete the Master’s course. On November 8th, 2017 she obtained the certificate for Civil and Commercial Mediator at the “Chamber of National Mediation”, Turin office as well as being appointed assistant to the Sales Delegate appointed by the Court of Turin.
