Children’s rights
Children’s right includes a set of rules and legislative provisions aimed at safeguarding the fundamental rights of minors.
The subject ranges in various areas, from actions for acknowledgment and disclaimer of paternity, to national and international adoption, to adoption in particular cases pursuant to Article 44 letter D, of Law 184/1983, to issues relating to the limitation and suspension of parental responsibility, up to the so-called adoptability procedures, in which the existence or not of a state of abandonment of the child is assessed.
