Gabriele Varrasi

Lawyer  G. VARRASI is an expert in asset architectures and strategies with regard to their legal and fiscal efficiency.
He is Visiting Professor of the University of Turin in the subjects of Commercial Law, Economics and Business Management and Tutor for the Business Law course at the SAA School of Management, as well as E-Tutor for the Law of Digital Economy and Business Law II courses.

He works in the field of Assets, Trusts, Business and Corporate Law, Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Tax Planning, Asset Architectures and Strategies, Swiss Law and International Taxation.
He was among the first to apply in the field of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain.

Graduated in Legal Sciences, in Law and in Economics and Commerce from the University of Turin (bachelor and master degree for both). PhD in Business Law at the State University of Milan. He attended an internship at the European Parliament – Brussels and, in addition, some single courses in Management Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino.
He holds a Master in Corporate Law – Ipsoa – Milan, the Summer school of Fordham University – New York City – USA, a Master / CUAP in Arbitration Law – University Of Turin and has spent several periods as visiting researcher at Max Planck Institute – Hamburg – Germany.In addition, he is speaker at seminars and conferences.

He is the secretary of different Board of Directors and of company shareholders’ agreements. He is an effective member of the Editorial Committee of “Company’s Law and Economics” magazine, as well as of the Scientific Commission of the Turin Bar Association.
He is a judge on the Committee for Legal Aid at the Regional Tax Commission. He is a member of the Association of the Italian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce. Member of UGIVI (wine lawyers).
