Alberto Antonucci
Over the years he has gained significant experience in the various fields of civil law, developing a strong specialization in corporate, commercial and tax law, in the areas of obligations, family and succession law and civil liability. After the classical diploma, on October 21st1980 he graduated in law and in 1986 he became a lawyer and enrolled in the register of lawyers of Turin, the city where he began his legal career where he has been a lawyer at the Supreme Court since 1998. Founding partner of the Paolo Emilio Ferreri Law Firm with whom he cooperated from Graduation until August 2006 and still Founding Partner and co-owner of the Antonucci Caratozzolo e Associati Law Firm in Turin.
Mario Donadio
The lawyer Mario Donadio is a member of the Turin Bar and operates mainly in the fields of corporate law and real estate, areas in which he assists Italian and foreign companies in the implementation of extraordinary transactions and M&A, in the sale, acquisition and development of significant real estate assets, as well as in preparing all commercial contracts.
He has also gained wide experience in consulting assistance for start-ups – a sector in which Leading Law was awarded as Team of the Year 2020 Under 40 by the Legal Community – and in the subject of privacy.
After graduating in law with mention of honor from the University of Turin, he subsequently obtained a PhD in Legal Sciences (Curriculum in Commercial Law), at the University of Milan and still cooperates, as research fellow, with the professorships of commercial law, banking law and business law of the University of Turin (Departments of Law and Management).
He is the author of numerous scientific publications on the subject of corporate law, as well as regularly lectures and conferences.
Since 2019 he has been Secretary of AGAT, the Young Lawyers Association of Turin.
Lucia Gruppi
She is a lawyer registered at the Lodi Bar since 2000 and graduated in Law in 1996 from the University of Parma. She has collaborated with leading law firms of the Milan and Lodi courts, where she gained twenty years of professional experience, in the interest of companies, credit institutions, insurance companies, bankruptcy and private receivers. Since 2015 she is a founding partner of the Gruppi e Mancinelli Law Firm and assists clients in civil matters, family law, banking law, bankruptcy law, commercial law, road accident prevention, both in extrajudicial and judicial matters.
Stefania Mancinelli
She is a lawyer registered in the Lodi bar since 2001 and graduated in Law in 1996 from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. She worked with a leading law firm in the area, where she gained twenty years of professional experience, having as reference customers banks, companies (partnerships or corporations), Bankruptcy Trustees. Since 2015, she has been a founding partner of the Gruppi e Mancinelli Law Firm, and assists clients in the fields of debt collection, banking law, bankruptcy law, commercial law, real estate law, both in extrajudicial and judicial matters.
Enrico Maria Picco
Expert in civil and commercial law in the judicial and extrajudicial fields with particular attention to national and international contracts and M&A transactions. He is expert in assisting clients in the drafting and negotiation of commercial distribution agreements, agency agreements, sale and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, risk and revenue sharing agreements, EPC contracts, shareholder agreements, and in general, in the drafting and negotiation of any contract or general contract conditions in the industrial sector. He also coordinates our M&A Team in stock exchange listing transactions and company acquisitions in Italy and abroad, together with our partners in Europe, USA, United Arab Emirates, China and South East Asia. Experience gained both as a freelance lawyer and as a General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer in leading Multinational Industrial Groups in the Aerospace, Defense, Engineering, Chemical, Telecommunications, Railway and Information Technology sectors. He deals with consultancy on Health & Safety and Environmental Law in the industrial field, as well as Compliance. In this context, he contributed to the drafting of numerous Organization, Management and Control Models 231/2001 and is/was chairman/member in the SB 231 of leading Italian companies. Expert in I.T.A.R. and DUAL –USE. He has been dealing with civil liability and medical malpractice for years. It also collaborates with various associations to protect the so-called weaker groups and has dedicated himself to some important cases of victims of discrimination, mobbing, straining, stalking and bullying in the workplace and school.
Federica Raviolo
Lawyer at the Supreme Court of Turin, expert in Civil Law, in judicial and extrajudicial areas, with an area of specialization in family law in the healthy and pathological phase of the marital union, custody of minors, right of children (procedures for adoptability, limitation, forfeiture and suspension of parental responsibility) protection of vulnerable individuals (disqualifications, support administrations and incapacitations), assistance in matters relating to filiation (disavowal actions), national and international adoption and adoption of older people, successor relations.

Beatrice Ardizzone
From March 2019 she began her legal activity at Leading Law dealing with civil law, insurance law, civil litigation and the massive judicial and extra-judicial management of credit recovery.
She specializes in everything concerning the right to be forgotten and its protection, with particular regard to the “on-line” branch.
Norma Gemello
Born in Turin on October 22nd 1994. On October 11th 2017 she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Law, at the University of Turin with a thesis on “Labeling of alcoholic products in the framework of the official control system on food products”. Speakers Prof. Alessandro Crosetti and Dr Maria Pia Genesin. In October 2017 she enrolled in the Law course to complete the Master’s course. On November 8th, 2017 she obtained the certificate for Civil and Commercial Mediator at the “Chamber of National Mediation”, Turin office as well as being appointed assistant to the Sales Delegate appointed by the Court of Turin.
