Vittorio Maria Corelli
Expert in civil, banking and commercial law in judicial and extrajudicial fields. Consultancy in national and international contractual matters and regular consultant for major national clients in the banking, insurance, financial and services sectors in the field of credit risk management and out-of-court and judicial management of non-performing loans. In recent years he has gained significant experience in the field of Digital Law and misleading and comparative advertising.
Mario Donadio
The lawyer Mario Donadio is a member of the Turin Bar and operates mainly in the fields of corporate law and real estate, areas in which he assists Italian and foreign companies in the implementation of extraordinary transactions and M&A, in the sale, acquisition and development of significant real estate assets, as well as in preparing all commercial contracts.
He has also gained wide experience in consulting assistance for start-ups – a sector in which Leading Law was awarded as Team of the Year 2020 Under 40 by the Legal Community – and in the subject of privacy.
After graduating in law with mention of honor from the University of Turin, he subsequently obtained a PhD in Legal Sciences (Curriculum in Commercial Law), at the University of Milan and still cooperates, as research fellow, with the professorships of commercial law, banking law and business law of the University of Turin (Departments of Law and Management).
He is the author of numerous scientific publications on the subject of corporate law, as well as regularly lectures and conferences.
Since 2019 he has been Secretary of AGAT, the Young Lawyers Association of Turin.
Angelo Giunta
Angelo usually provides legal and strategic advice to companies in the phases of incorporation, development, expansion and consolidation of their business, providing support in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, credit management and debt restructuring.
Angelo also deals with issues relating to social responsibility and administrative responsibility of companies (D.lgs. 231/2001) and he offers ongoing assistance to clients for the compliance to EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (GDPR) from the analysis and monitoring of risks (assessment), the drafting of data processing agreements to the creation of data protection models even through the creation, implementation or review of corporate policies. Angelo has also developed specific experience in the management of issues related to health and safety in the workplace.
He has also gained consolidated experience in the management of non-performing loans, as well as in the judicial and extra-judicial resolution of disputes in banking practice.
Graduated in law in 2005 with a thesis on “The Fraudulent Bankruptcy”. He was admitted to the Turin Bar in 2009.
Besides his native language Italian, Angelo is fluent in English and French.
Beatrice Ardizzone
From March 2019 she began her legal activity at Leading Law dealing with civil law, insurance law, civil litigation and the massive judicial and extra-judicial management of credit recovery.
She specializes in everything concerning the right to be forgotten and its protection, with particular regard to the “on-line” branch.
Valentina Castagno
After having obtained the master’s degree in Law at the University of Turin with full marks, she developed the main skills in the assistance of parental and non-parental couples, both during separation and divorce, as well as in the management of practices that affect minors before the Juvenile Court.
Furthermore, as a result of the continuus assistance and consultancy provided in the corporate subject, she have developed a broad knowledge of national and international commercial contracts, compliance, privacy and credit risk management.
Riccardo Mazzarino
After his university studies in the humanistic subjects and professional experience in the third sector, he began his legal career within the Leading Law Notaries and Lawyers Network. Over the years he has acquired an important experience in the field of Associations, Non-Profit Bodies and Social Cooperatives.
He currently works in the NPL, Credit Risk management and litigation team.
Elisa Torresel
Elisa is a legal trainee since November 2019.
She graduated in Law at the University of Padua with a thesis in sports law entitled “Sporting constraint: between the protection of minors and the need for protection”.
Passionate about sports law, she participated in the Master in “Law, Justice and Sports Management” in Rome as well as in numerous conferences.
In 2015 she also attended a Summer School at Wake Forest University in North Caroline entitled “Comparative public and private governance: constitutional law and corporate law in the USA”.
She speaks Italian and Spanish.
Pietro Roberto Riggio
After earning a master’s degree in law from the University of Turin, he began collaborating in the Leading Law network as a trainee lawyer. During his professional experience he gained expertise in credit risk management, national and international contracts and in the corporate law sector, as well as offering out-of-court assistance to entities falling under the Legislative Decree 231/2001.
