Massimo Brizzi
Avv. Massimo Brizzi was born in Florence in 1957 and graduated in 1982 with mention. He practiced at Olivetti Leasing S.p.a. as in-house legal consultant in charge of the development of the computerization of the legal services afterwards he gained experience at Watt, Tieder Killian & Hoffar’s Law Firm of Washington D.C., U.S.A and Cameron Markby’s Law Firm of London, United Kingdom. When back to Italy, he co-founded first Roberto Tassi & Associati Law Firm, then Brizzi Burgio Cuccurullo Sarti Law Firm. Later, he practiced as an independent and finally has joint Leading Law.
Massimo Brizzi has an extensive experience in domestic, international and cross border transactions. His areas of practice are business and contract law, corporate law with focus on insurance companies, asset planning with focus on asset protection, inheritance planning and generation shift, and finally tax law.

– Estate planning for high net worth individuals involved in multiple legal jurisdictions aiming at: (i) the asset protection or part thereof; (ii) inheritance planning; (iii) generation shift of successful family businesses. All of the above making use, inter alia, of special purpose vehicles, hybrid companies, trusts and the like.
Taxation
– Tax relating to all the above referenced transactions as well advice and assistance relating to all and any tax issues, including, but not limited to, international treaties and double tax agreements, real property taxation, royalties, dividends and capital gains, interest and financial income, controlled foreign companies and transfer pricing, trusts, v.a.t. and sales tax, all of the above having regard to anti avoidance and anti-abuse rules.

She worked with a leading law firm in the area, where she gained twenty years of professional experience, having as reference customers banks, companies (partnerships or corporations), Bankruptcy Trustees. Since 2015, she has been a founding partner of the Gruppi e Mancinelli Law Firm, and assists clients in the fields of debt collection, banking law, bankruptcy law, commercial law, real estate law, both in extrajudicial and judicial matters.
Enrico Maria Picco
Expert in civil and commercial law in the judicial and extrajudicial fields with particular attention to national and international contracts and M&A transactions. He is expert in assisting clients in the drafting and negotiation of commercial distribution agreements, agency agreements, sale and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, risk and revenue sharing agreements, EPC contracts, shareholder agreements, and in general, in the drafting and negotiation of any contract or general contract conditions in the industrial sector. Carlo Alberto Romagnoli
After graduating with full marks from the University of Turin, he began his professional career at the family law firm and then entered, once he was licensed to practice as a lawyer, in the Leadinglaw network. After completing his university, he continued his training in the innovative field of agri-food law, earning in 2019 the second level master’s degree in Food law at the Luiss University of Rome. He currently works in the firm’s innovation team and provides in particular judicial and extrajudicial assistance in the field of contracts and corporate law at the service of national and international companies and start-ups.
Valentina Castagno
After having obtained the master’s degree in Law at the University of Turin with full marks, she developed the main skills in the assistance of parental and non-parental couples, both during separation and divorce, as well as in the management of practices that affect minors before the Juvenile Court.
Furthermore, as a result of the continuus assistance and consultancy provided in the corporate subject, she have developed a broad knowledge of national and international commercial contracts, compliance, privacy and credit risk management.
